LEONARD THOMAS

Having been born into a residential real estate family, Leonard brings much more than just his skill and knowledge to every transaction; he also brings a passion for fully understanding his clients’ needs, ensuring their best interests are always a top priority, and advocating for them when faced with challenges while under contract. Leonard creates an experience for his clients that make them feel like they are his only one and ultimately establishes a relationship that continues well beyond the sale or purchase of their home. Leonard is an award-winning Realtor who has been included in D Magazine’s prestigious “Best Real Estate Agent” list multiple times and was recently recognized as one of the top 50 Realtors by Plano Magazine. He holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) designations, having gained proficiencies that give him a competitive edge over other Realtors in every aspect of the real estate transaction. In an effort to help other real estate agents succeed in their careers, Leonard offers his very popular, highly regarded, and Texas Real Estate Commission approved leadSMASH Training  series. He’s been invited by the largest real estate brokerages in the country to train their agents on how to use cutting edge technology to aggressively market homes to increase showings and competition, hold effective open houses to help home owners achieve a higher price and faster sale, and strategically negotiate offers so clients realize the best possible financial outcomes from the sale or purchase of their home. Leonard graduated cum laude with honors from Southern Methodist University (SMU), with a major in Business and Japanese. He loves to travel with his wife, Jona, and three children; Kelly, Logan and Christian. Leonard is a licensed helicopter pilot, enjoys golfing horribly, and eating sushi often.

Jona brings 25 years of residential real estate experience with a fresh, determined and highly motivated work ethic to every transaction. MEGAN SPINA

Megan graduated with a degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and comes from a real estate family so it’s no wonder she received the Rookie of the Year Award from RE/MAX in her first year of business! She brings a great deal of enthusiasm and tech-savvy to our team.
