My wife and I were so lucky to have met Jona at an open house. We decided to go with a new build, something we had never done before, and could not have done it without her. She was with us every step of the way, and we learned so much about the process by working with her. She came to all of our appointments. From builder meetings, to the design center, media, inspections, EVERYTHING. She asked all the questions we would have never thought to, and was sure to keep everyone on their toes while they built our new home. It was 100 times the work that would have been involved had we just purchased a resale or spec home, and she treated it just the same. There were times where we would even google whether it is typical for a realtor to be so helpful through an entire 9 month process. (It is not). Even after closing, they continue to help us with recommendations to make our house a home. We are so fortunate to have worked with Leonard and Jona.
